5. Content and Intellectual Property

• Generated images and edits belong to you

Our Intellectual Property

• Somiana owns all rights to our teaching platform, algorithms, and technology
• Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology

6. Payment and Billing

Subscription Plans

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Payment Processing
